What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with direct experience in California estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters
Strong experience supporting trust administration, including drafting and organizing trust administration documents and execution of trust plans
Solid understanding of estate planning and probate administration processes and procedures
Ability to manage and organize files, ensuring matters are progressing efficiently
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive estate and trust matters
Ability to support growing firms with general paralegal assistance across estate planning and probate workflows
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and clients
Proven ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently
