About the role
- Provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms
- Collaborate with clients on Florida probate matters
- Manage cases efficiently and maintain high-level professional communication
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Probate Paralegal with direct experience in Florida probate matters
- Strong understanding of Florida probate procedures and processes
- Experience drafting probate documents, including petitions, pleadings, inventories, and accountings
- Ability to manage probate matters from start to finish
- Strong client communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and move cases forward efficiently
- Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently
- Proactive and professional communication skills
