About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You lead and coordinate IT projects from planning through roll-out.
You optimize the IT landscape with a focus on SAP and Microsoft Fabric.
You proactively manage risks and stakeholders, applying common project management methodologies.
You verify quality assurance, achievement of objectives, and a smooth handover to users.
You assist the business lead in preparing and delivering training for newly implemented tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are resident and registered in Germany (primary place of residence).
At least 4 years of professional experience in IT project management.
You hold at least one project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA C, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
You have experience in risk management for IT projects.
You have experience with digitalization projects.
You have experience leading project teams.
You speak German at a business-fluent level (C1) and English at a good level (B2).
You enjoy working on SAP and Microsoft digitalization projects and are motivated to learn more in this area.
You are willing to travel to the headquarter on the Baltic Sea for 3 days per month (travel time counts as working time).
Ideally, you have a completed degree with a technical component.
