About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently conceptualize and design product images, infographics, A+ Content and Brand Stores for Amazon
Continuously optimize existing visuals to sustainably increase brand impact and conversion rates
Independently select and professionally edit imagery while adhering to Amazon guidelines, performance objectives and the brand guides of our diverse clients
Develop thoughtful visual strategies to enhance product presence and boost our clients' sales performance
Create clearly structured briefs for photoshoots and independently coordinate with photographers and external service providers

Requirements

What you’ll need

A completed vocational qualification or degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, Communication Design
At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in e-commerce or the Amazon environment
Very good knowledge of Canva, the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools
Proven experience creating conversion-oriented content for digital platforms
Interest in the development of AI-based content
A strong eye for design, visual language and brand aesthetics
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to confidently draw data-driven conclusions
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken – additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish are a plus
A structured, independent working style with a high standard of quality, as well as pronounced team orientation
