About the role

  • Support in content creation and content management with a focus on graphic design and image editing.
  • Selection of impactful product images and product photos.
  • Editing and optimization of existing imagery for Amazon listings.
  • Redesign of visual assets such as infographics, banners, and icons.
  • Development and collaboration on concepts for optimal visual product presentation.
  • Preparation of briefs for product photo shoots.
  • Continuous tracking of relevant performance KPIs (conversion rate, clicks, sessions, etc.) to sustainably increase product sales.

Requirements

  • Degree or completed vocational training in a creative field.
  • Initial experience in graphic design and/or media design.
  • Initial experience in content management and/or e-commerce.
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, etc.
  • Confident command of German and English.
  • A further language (French, Italian, or Spanish) is desirable.
  • Enthusiasm for digital business models, enjoyment of team work, and a strong willingness to perform and learn.
