About the role

  • You will actively support our team in content creation and content management with a focus on graphic design and image editing.
  • Select compelling product images and product photos
  • Edit and optimize existing imagery for Amazon
  • Redesign visual assets such as infographics, banners and icons
  • Create and contribute to concepts for optimal visual product presentation
  • Prepare briefs for product photoshoots
  • Continuously track relevant performance KPIs (conversion rate, clicks, sessions, etc.) to sustainably increase product sales

Requirements

  • You have a degree or completed vocational training in a creative field.
  • You have gained initial experience in graphic design and/or media design.
  • You also have first experience in content management and/or e-commerce.
  • You possess advanced knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, etc.
  • You are passionate about developing content strategies and concepts with our clients to improve discoverability, increase conversion rates and drive sales — and continuously optimizing them.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • An additional language (French, Italian or Spanish) is desirable.
  • You are enthusiastic about digital business models, enjoy working in a team and bring a high level of commitment and eagerness to learn.
