About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end execution of regional activations, including venue sourcing, vendor and staffing coordination, on-site logistics, and day-of management
  • Localize national campaign concepts for market audiences across the West region
  • Manage the regional budget and ensure spend tracks to plan with measurable ROI
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, venues, and vendors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional stakeholders
  • Travel within the region as needed, up to approximately 50–60%, for on-site activation support
  • Translate broader brand strategy into impactful, locally relevant experiences
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and local partners to build brand awareness, deepen consumer engagement, and drive business results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Experience translating brand strategy into memorable, on-the-ground experiences
  • Ability to localize national priorities for consumers and communities across the West
  • Partnership-building skills with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and local stakeholders
  • Experience owning activations from concept through execution
  • Ability to manage timelines, budgets, logistics, and partners
  • Strong understanding of culture, consumer trends, and market developments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Natural curiosity and proactive self-starter mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
