About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement project work with directives from Department staff.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners relevant to projects.
- Support Project Managers with administrative tasks such as working with Accounting to run time and expense reports.
- Assist Executive Team with administrative needs, including supporting fundraising endeavors and calendar management.
- Organize and manage CRM’s for fundraising and employee management software.
- Assist with GIS duties across Organization.
- Travel based on Organizational needs may be required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree.
- NWCG FFT-2 or higher (must provide complete training records to satisfy qualification).
- GIS Certification.
- CRM Certification.
