About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and oversee the execution of a complex contract supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD)
Inspire and align cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration to achieve mission objectives while managing stakeholder relations
Oversee planning, execution, and risk management to deliver complex projects on time and within scope
Integrate technical expertise and operational insight to shape M&S, engineering, and tactics solutions to meet mission needs
Ensure strict compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements by maintaining transparent and accurate reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field
Advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in technical or operational program management
Navy experience preferred
Strong knowledge of M&S and Tactics development to include mission, training, and engineering simulations; fleet certification and post-mission analysis; and concept of operations (CONOPS) development
Software development experience using languages such as C#, C++, React, Qt, Python, or MATLAB; proficiency in Agile or DevSecOps ecosystems is required
Familiarity with cybersecurity policies and frameworks, including Risk Management Framework development
U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
Candidates are required to have an active DoD Secret clearance upon hire and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
