About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development of high-quality client-facing deliverables
- Support the design, coordination, and logistics of external and internal meetings
- Own knowledge capture responsibility during internal and external client meetings; occasionally co-facilitate internal and external client meetings
- Support and/or lead research, data gathering, and analysis to inform the development of client recommendations and solutions; clearly synthesize and present results
- Contribute to proposal development efforts
- Showcase critical thinking skills to evaluate needs, make initial recommendations, and partner with team members to refine thinking and approaches to client challenges
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active DoD Secret Clearance (or have had one within the past two years)
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ year of professional work experience, preferably in a professional services or client-facing environment
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites in the surrounding DC and Northern Virginia metro areas
- Critical thinking/problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organization and time-management skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable mindset to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-stakes client environments
