Requirements

What you’ll need

At least eight years professional experience in policy, program management, or a related field
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a strong, diverse, and inclusive culture
A belief and trust in emerging leaders, respect for their ideas, and ability to coach new leaders
Commitment to supporting the creation of bold, pragmatic, and actionable policy and policy research
Demonstrated experience with individual and/or institutional fundraising
An ability to be entrepreneurial, energetic, collaborative, and proactive
Commitment to creating a stronger, more progressive, and more inclusive society
