About the role
- Design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and behavior therapists
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity and progress
- Utilize evidence-based practices and data analysis to track client outcomes
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- A current active Arizona LBA is required
- Experience in behavior analysis and working with individuals with autism
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
