💰 $75,000 - $95,000 per year
About the role
- Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
- Complete initial intake and update assessments using specific assessment tools
- Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
- Provide treatment based on clinical recommendations and best practices
- Provide family support and training
- Lead and educate a dedicated team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians dedicated to helping their communities
- Discharge and transition planning for children on caseload
- Deliver services across in-home, school, and clinic settings
Requirements
- Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Passion for working with children with ASD and specifically underserved populations
- Drive to help others, both the families and staff we serve
- Ability to lead and educate a team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Comfort providing services in in-home, school, and clinic environments
