About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic partner to every client in our book of business, including but not limited to: Conducting consistent, well-prepared meetings on a regular cadence
- Identifying core challenges each client faces and delivering practical solutions
- Driving client retention through deliberate, thoughtful action
- Capturing, organizing, and maintaining relationship intelligence with precision
- Maintain current expertise in personal line plan structures, riders, compliance obligations, regulatory changes, and market trends.
- Ensure Producers, when assigned, are fully informed about and prepared for all client meetings and interfaces so as to be able to competently and proactively manage the client relationship.
- Proactively lead the renewal process keeping clients informed throughout.
- Act as an educator and resource for clients
- Manage the end-to-end service workflow for our personal lines book of business
- Pursue ongoing development through training, industry reading, and coursework that supports earning or maintaining professional designations
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent required, BA or BS degree preferred
- Experience managing a team preferred but not required
- 4-6 Years of Personal Lines Account Management experience
- Property and Casualty & Life and Health license or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Experiencing working with decision makers and their staff
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with Applied EPIC agency management system
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced production environment
