Key responsibilities & impact

Define positioning and messaging: Establish Dia’s product narrative, value propositions, and messaging hierarchy across surfaces.
Own go-to-market strategy for product and feature launches.
Develop use case storytelling and social proof.
Set the strategic direction for how Dia shows up across website, email, and social.
Own lifecycle and re-engagement strategy across the full user journey.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Insights to plan launches, validate narratives, and resolve adoption friction.
Keep a live line to customers through community, feedback loops, and direct engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years owning positioning and go-to-market at a product-led company.
You’ve operated across the product-marketing line.
You have taste and an editorial eye.
You’re entrepreneurial and AI-native.
You want to do things differently.
Require 4+ hours of overlap time with team members in Eastern Time Zone.
