About the role

  • Creative Engineering & Testing – Develop, test, and optimize advertising creatives
  • Research & Creative Insights – Analyze customer feedback and translate it into test ideas
  • Ad Scripts & Briefings – Write scripts and create clear briefings
  • Production & Shooting Support – Support shoots and productions
  • Performance Analysis & Iteration – Analyze creative performance and develop new iterations
  • Customer Journey & Funnels – Optimize the customer journey and build direct-response funnels
  • AI & Modern Tools – Use AI tools for research, scripting, and iteration

Requirements

  • Initial relevant experience in performance marketing, content creation, creative strategy, ecommerce, or agency environments (internships explicitly count)
  • Performance mindset – deliver creatives that achieve measurable results: clicks, conversions, and revenue
  • Storytelling & Copy Skills – structure ideas clearly, script them, and communicate them effectively
  • Analytical understanding – work with performance data to develop better creatives
  • Hands-on mentality – pragmatic and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
  • Language skills – fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Nice to have: on-camera experience, experience with UGC ads, creator marketing, or AI tools
