About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead content development and digital distribution of Weave's multi-channel communications assets
Manage Weave's core digital platforms and oversee contractor work
Develop and execute editorial calendars across social media
Produce and distribute newsletters and email campaigns
Build measurement frameworks across public communications channels
Serve as technical support contact for Weave's online community
Partner with staff to align digital communications with organizational priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of full-time experience in mission-based communications
At least three years experience with digital platforms and databases
At least two years overseeing growth in newsletters
A combination of digital/technical and communications/marketing aptitude
Strong interest in the mission of the Aspen Institute and Weave: The Social Fabric Project
Experience managing vendors and consultants
Strong project planning and management skills
