About the role
- Own the marketing calendar and launch multi-channel campaigns (retail, e-commerce, email, social, in-store)
- Develop and optimize campaigns for traffic, conversion, and revenue; report insights to leadership
- Collaborate with Store Ops, Production, and Brand teams to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent messaging
- Lead content direction (copy and visuals) and manage internal/external contributors
- Manage email programs (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), A/B testing, and automated flows
- Establish repeatable processes and documentation for campaign execution
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing (retail/e-commerce preferred)
- Strong analytical and technical skills; comfortable with data tracking and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo/Mailchimp) and campaign optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
