Client Care and Sales Representative
The Aqua Life Swim AcademyClient Care and Sales Representative assisting families with swim lesson registrations at Aqua Life Swim Academy. Managing high volumes of calls and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle a high volume of outbound/inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Speak with clients, assess needs, and recommend appropriate swim programs
- Convert inquiries into registrations in a clear and professional manner
- Follow up on incomplete registrations and warm leads
- Manage client accounts, schedule changes, and general questions
- Accurately document interactions in our CRM (GoHighLevel / Google Workspace)
- Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth client experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in call-center, client care, or sales roles (preferred)
- Comfort handling back-to-back calls and inquiries
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Ability to work Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
