About the role

  • Own and execute Objection’s go-to-market strategy across launch and early growth
  • Build the brand from the ground up — positioning, voice, visual identity, and narrative architecture
  • Design and run acquisition loops, content systems, and distribution channels
  • Develop commercial partnerships and institutional relationships that accelerate platform adoption
  • Produce high-quality written and visual collateral: decks, briefs, campaigns, and market-facing materials
  • Instrument and measure everything — CAC, conversion, engagement, pipeline velocity

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to build brand and go-to-market in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments
  • Analytical rigour combined with creative instinct
  • Exceptional writing and communication — you think in structured prose, not slide decks
  • Comfort with AI tooling and a bias toward automating and systematising commercial workflows
  • Understanding of institutional, legal, or policy-adjacent markets is a strong advantage
  • Intensity, ownership, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
  • Commitment to measurable outcomes over activity metrics
