About the role
- Own and execute Objection’s go-to-market strategy across launch and early growth
- Build the brand from the ground up — positioning, voice, visual identity, and narrative architecture
- Design and run acquisition loops, content systems, and distribution channels
- Develop commercial partnerships and institutional relationships that accelerate platform adoption
- Produce high-quality written and visual collateral: decks, briefs, campaigns, and market-facing materials
- Instrument and measure everything — CAC, conversion, engagement, pipeline velocity
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build brand and go-to-market in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments
- Analytical rigour combined with creative instinct
- Exceptional writing and communication — you think in structured prose, not slide decks
- Comfort with AI tooling and a bias toward automating and systematising commercial workflows
- Understanding of institutional, legal, or policy-adjacent markets is a strong advantage
- Intensity, ownership, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Commitment to measurable outcomes over activity metrics
