About the role

  • Design the end-to-end user experience for Objection’s adversarial adjudication platform
  • Transform complex procedural workflows into seamless, frictionless digital interactions

Requirements

  • Professional product design experience with a strong portfolio in complex, data-rich, or process-heavy digital products
  • Demonstrated ability to take a product’s UX from architecture through to production-ready design
  • Deep empathy for the user, combined with the ability to impose clarity on complex systems
  • Precision in UI craft
  • Fluency with AI-native design tools and a bias toward automating and systematizing design workflows
  • Strong commitment to accessibility and inclusive design.
