About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enter and track daily sales data for all restaurant entities, reconciling against POS systems and reservation platforms
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain the general ledger to ensure data integrity.
Assist with month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures, ensuring deadlines are met
Identify and help implement process improvements and cost-saving efficiencies
Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Uphold high standards of professionalism and communication
Work under the guidance of business team leadership
Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
1 to 3 years of progressive accounting experience in a professional setting.
Intermediate or higher proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
Working knowledge of US GAAP and basic accounting software (QuickBooks or equivalent)
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information.
