About the role
- Drive aggressive new logo acquisition across SMB and MSP accounts
- Activate existing professional networks to accelerate revenue generation
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on new business growth
- Build executive-level relationships with hiring managers, procurement leaders, and MSP stakeholders
- Identify and penetrate opportunities within MSP and VMS environments
- Lead consultative sales discussions, solution positioning, pricing strategy, proposals, and negotiations
- Partner with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and fulfillment
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and revenue reporting
- Monitor IT staffing market trends to strengthen competitive positioning
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT staffing or IT solutions/services sales experience
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new business within the SMB and MSP segments
- Strong, established industry relationships capable of generating immediate revenue
- Deep understanding of MSP models, VMS platforms, staffing operations, and recruitment lifecycle
- Consistent record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and executive engagement skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred)
