About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a key communications partner to our Enterprise Service leaders, working to communicate their key priorities to a variety of audiences
- Align strategy and integrate efforts of the One Aerospace Site Council, fostering employee collaboration and engagement across all Aerospace sites
- Leverage different channels to engage employees across nationwide locations
- Develop and execute communications initiatives, with a special emphasis on supporting transformation efforts within our OCFO and OCIO organizations
- Partner across our Corporate Communications creative teams (i.e. graphics, video) to create compelling communications deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English or other related field
- Three or more years of relevant internal communications, corporate communications and/or employee engagement experience
- Outstanding writing and editing expertise, with a proven ability to tailor communications for executives, managers, or employees
- Meticulous organizational skills paired with attention to detail, ensuring seamless project execution and operational excellence
- Exceptional interpersonal acumen that fosters effective collaboration across internal and external teams with complex organizational structures
- Five or more years of relevant internal communications, corporate communications and/or employee engagement experience (for III).
