About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support, further development, troubleshooting and resolution of the existing network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/MPLS/WLAN)
- Implementation of update and upgrade strategies in this environment
- Documentation of the network infrastructure and network monitoring systems
- Remote and on-site support of the network infrastructure at the hospital locations and affiliated MVZ practices
- Support and implementation of IT projects
- Liaison with external IT service providers
Requirements
What you’ll need- A completed degree in IT or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of professional experience in information technology, particularly in networking and Active Directory
- Topics such as security, firewalls and BSI guidelines (Federal Office for Information Security)
- Ideally, knowledge of TI / Gematik infrastructure (German healthcare telematics infrastructure)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills; independent, solution- and service-oriented working style
- Valid Class B driving licence and willingness to work across multiple locations
- Excellent German and good English language skills
