About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support, development, fault analysis and resolution of the existing network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/MPLS/WLAN)
- Implementation of update and upgrade strategies in this area
- Documentation of network infrastructure and network monitoring systems
- Remote and on-site support of the network infrastructure at the clinic locations and connected MVZ practices
- Support and implementation of IT projects
- Liaison with external IT service providers
Requirements
What you’ll need- A completed degree in IT or an equivalent technical vocational qualification
- Several years of professional experience in information technology or a related field, specifically with networks and Active Directory
- Experience with security topics, firewalls, and BSI (Federal Office for Information Security) guidelines
- Ideally, knowledge of TI (Telematics Infrastructure) / Gematik infrastructure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills; independent, solution- and service-oriented working style
- Class B driving license and willingness to travel between sites
- Excellent German language skills and good English skills
