About the role
- Product-focused quality support for new developments through series production
- Close collaboration with R&D, Purchasing and external suppliers (especially in Asia)
- Application and facilitation of FMEA (Design & Process)
- Management and follow-up of 8D processes for quality deviations
- Analysis of failure patterns, derivation and implementation of sustainable corrective actions
- Support in test concepts, risk analyses and quality approvals
- Ensuring quality requirements across the supply chain
- Support for certification and conformity topics (e.g., CE, EMC, product safety)
- Active development of quality management structures and processes
Requirements
- Technical background, e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Several years of experience in quality management or supplier quality in a hardware/electronics environment
- Very good knowledge of FMEA and 8D (practically applied)
- Experience working with international suppliers
- Product- and solution-oriented working style ("hands-on" mentality)
- Structured analytical skills and clear communication
- Fluent English, written and spoken
