About the role

  • Support our partner companies in developing sales strategies for the business customer segment
  • Identify value-creating consulting needs and structure requirements
  • Advise our partner companies on all matters related to business and individual customer sales, e.g., product design or profitability assessments
  • Advise on optimizing the interface between sales, energy procurement and sales management
  • Develop product strategies, particularly for new offerings (e.g., smart tariffs, PPA supply (Power Purchase Agreements), § 14a products)
  • Evaluate and analyze market, customer and competitor data

Requirements

  • Strongly completed university degree (Master's) in Business Administration or (Industrial/)Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in management consulting
  • Excellent knowledge of the German energy industry, especially in sales and the sales/energy procurement interface
  • Team player, outgoing, confident presence and excellent communication skills
  • High commitment, determination, initiative, creativity and persistence when required
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, a head for numbers and enjoyment in solving complex issues
  • Experience in executing projects and performing analyses, ideally preparing strategy-relevant topics
  • Excellent German language skills and routine use of MS Office and databases
  • Willingness to travel
