About the role
- Analytical, conceptual and organizational support for the Thüga Group-wide strategy process
- Management of the Thüga Group's strategic program
- Leading or co-leading individual priority strategy and implementation projects
- Establishing and managing collaboration environments and workflows
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Preparing regular strategy reporting to the Executive Board
Requirements
- Degree in economics, business administration, a business-technical discipline, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in corporate strategy or in a large strategy consulting firm
- Very good knowledge of the energy/utilities sector
- Proficient with MS Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and an affinity for new technologies
- Strong project management skills and organizational talent
- Analytical, conceptual and entrepreneurial thinking, with goal-oriented execution
- Confident presence, persuasive ability and strong communication skills
