About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Qualification calls with prospects — initial contact with potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Understand the interests and needs of potential customers
- Schedule appointments for follow-up conversations with our experts
- Coordinate and follow up on appointments to ensure they take place
- Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant information about leads and contacts
- Document conversations and outcomes of lead qualification
- Work closely with sales team members to ensure qualified leads are handled efficiently

Requirements
