About the role
- Conduct qualification conversations with prospects (initial contact with potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels)
- Understand the interests and needs of potential customers
- Schedule appointments for follow-up conversations with our experts
- Coordinate and follow up on appointments to ensure they take place
- Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant information on leads and contacts
- Document conversations and the outcomes of lead qualification
- Work closely with sales representatives to ensure qualified leads are handled efficiently
- Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve lead generation processes
Requirements
- Strong communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage potential customers professionally and persuasively.
- Sales affinity: Interest in sales and a basic understanding of sales processes.
- Organizational skills: Ability to coordinate appointments efficiently.
- Self-motivation: Independent and proactive working style to achieve goals and qualify leads.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and common office software is not required but advantageous.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
