About the role
- Conduct qualification calls with prospective clients
- Make (initial) contact with potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Understand the interests and needs of prospective customers
- Work closely with the team to ensure prospects are handled according to their needs
- Schedule appointments for follow-up conversations with our experts
- Coordinate and follow up on appointments to ensure they take place
- Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant lead and contact information
- Document conversations and outcomes of lead qualification
- Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve the process
- Perform outbound activities to reactivate prospects or engage new leads
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
- Interest in sales and a basic understanding of sales processes
- Ability to coordinate appointments efficiently
- Independent and proactive working style to achieve goals and qualify leads
- Familiarity with CRM systems and common office software is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
