About the role

  • Collaborate on developing and continuously refining our social media content plan
  • Contribute creatively with original ideas, new formats and trends across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Produce short-form videos such as Reels, Shorts and TikToks
  • Create visual assets including carousel posts, graphics and infographics
  • Community management: actively engage with our audience, respond to comments and foster dialogue
  • Monitor relevant KPIs and prepare regular reports for performance measurement and optimization
  • Use AI tools for topic research, content ideation and competitive analysis
  • Maintain organized storage of scripts, files and templates

Requirements

  • Some relevant work experience in social media, content creation or similar roles
  • Strong sense for visual storytelling, trends and audience targeting
  • Solid skills in video editing (cutting, audio, effects, etc.)
  • Experience with graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and an independent, structured working style
  • Confident use of social media platforms and their formats
  • Experience in community management is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for digital trends, finance topics and the trading world is a plus
  • German at native level
