About the role
- Conduct qualification conversations with prospects
- Initiate (first) contact with potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Understand the interests and needs of potential customers
- Work closely with the team to ensure prospects are handled according to their needs
- Schedule appointments for follow-up discussions with our experts
- Coordinate and follow up on appointments
- Maintain and update CRM systems
- Document conversations and lead qualification outcomes
- Collect feedback from the sales team to continuously improve the process
- Perform outbound activities to reactivate prospects or reach out to new leads
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
- Interest in sales and a basic understanding of sales processes
- Ability to coordinate appointments efficiently
- Independent and proactive working style
- Experience with CRM systems and common office software is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
