About the role
- Supervises personnel for compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintains personnel appearance and conduct
- Coordinates training and scheduling for crew and maintenance
- Develops procedures for reliable and efficient scheduling of aircraft
- Manages PTO and updates flight coordinator on schedule changes
- Conducts meetings for coordination and information sharing
- Approves expense accounts and participates in interviews
- Promotes customer goodwill and company image
- Participates in Safety Management System initiatives
Requirements
- Total time = 3000 hours
- PIC = 1500 hours
- MEL = 1500 hours
- MEL PIC = 500 hours
- Time in Turbo Jet = 500
- Instrument Time = 250 hours
- Management background with leadership skill
- NBAA CAM certification preferred
- Experience in training for flight operations personnel
- Budget development and management experience
- College degree and/or advanced (non-flight) training
- Interpersonal communication skills
