Senior Manager – HR Operations, Total Rewards

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the day-to-day Human Resources function.
- Responsibilities include: End-to-end onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordination with IT, Finance, Payroll, and Legal.
- Employee relations, coaching managers, and handling employee issues.
- Employment law compliance (federal and state).
- Policy development, maintenance, and enforcement.
- HRIS ownership and employee data integrity.
- Performance management administration.
- Leave administration (FMLA, ADA, state leave programs, military leave, etc.).
- Employment eligibility (I-9) administration.
- Personnel records management.
- HR compliance calendar management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems.
- HR compliance knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with Payroll and Benefits administration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
