About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support new and existing Legendary Store Marketers at the store level through coaching and best-practice sharing
  • Provide sales support to Managing Partners, Service Managers, and Local Store Marketers
  • Train new and existing Local Store Marketers on key programs using the LSM Cookbook
  • Participate in training Managers in Training on Local Store Marketing
  • Conduct scheduled LSM store visits
  • Share best practices through conference calls, store visits, roundtables, and LSM Level One workshops
  • Coach productive LSM scheduling and time management for optimal ROI
  • Provide written trip notes to the Regional Marketing Director and MKP
  • Confirm completion of LSM Training Checklists
  • Communicate weekly or biweekly with Managing Partners and Service Managers
  • Promote LSM of the Quarter or Eagles programs through LSM tracking and results support
  • Support Unified Program Initiatives
  • Support planning and/or execution of larger market-level events
  • Coach and execute social and digital plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Based in Pennsylvania
  • 75% travel required
  • Work 5 days a week, with 50% of time before restaurants open and 50% during operating hours
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Solid, proven Texas Roadhouse experience as a Local Store Marketer
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
