About the role
- Develop and execute engaging visual and written content across multiple channels, including social media, email, and blogs.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with team members on creative projects while maintaining the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Stay current on industry trends, social media best practices, and new technologies to keep the brand competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of marketing experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation (short-form video, graphics, copywriting).
- TikTok experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools preferred.
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines and create ad hoc content a must.
- Experience with Canva strongly preferred.
