Supporting producers and clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
Serving as a primary client contact responsible for renewal management, coverage analysis, and policy servicing.
Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships through account rounding and coverage enhancement discussions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of Commercial Lines insurance experience required.
Active Property and Casualty insurance license required; Texas license preferred.
Familiarity with agency management systems, carrier portals, Microsoft Office Suite, and related insurance technology platforms.
Professional insurance designations (CISR, CIC, CRM, or similar) are a plus.
