About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the US market
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors in the US market to amplify our brand message and reach
Coordinate influencer campaigns, including content creation
Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance and ROI
Localize website content and other marketing materials for the US market to ensure cultural relevance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the US market
Strong understanding of the US fitness and sports market
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and original content
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing is a plus
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers in the US market
Outgoing and communicative personality
Passion for social media with an eye for design and visual composition.
