About the role

  • Cultivate meaningful client partnerships – You’ll take the lead on managing key client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to senior investment and operations leaders throughout their onboarding and ongoing engagement with Tetrix.
  • Scale our client support – you will help us build our client engagement infrastructure to appropriately scale while still delivering quality service to our clients.
  • Support operations workflows – contribute to the delivery of high-quality data to all our clients.
  • Collaborate across teams – you will work closely with product, engineering, and client engagement teams to enhance operations workflows and resolve client needs efficiently.
  • Client acquisition - you’ll play an active in role in showcasing the Tetrix platform to prospective clients by leading platform walkthroughs, and running pilot programs.

Requirements

  • You are an excellent communicator – you are able to communicate complex ideas clearly, and can easily tailor your communication to the audience.
  • You have great organizational skills – you can juggle many balls at once and appropriately prioritize while still completing and delivering everything on time.
  • You’re a team player – you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data processes and contribute to company-wide success.
  • You play at all levels – you excel at both high-level strategic problems, and day-to-day operational work.
  • You understand financial markets – familiarity with institutional investors and private investment markets is a strong plus.
  • You’re proficient in English - given the international nature of our clientele, strong proficiency in English is a key asset.
