About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and deepen strategic relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned blockchain partners
- Align partner objectives with Tether’s strategic priorities
- Design and execute high-impact growth projects with blockchain partners
- Drive adoption of Tether assets through real-world use cases
- Develop scalable and sustainable projects that expand asset usage and circulation
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving regional expansion, economics, marketing, and other internal teams
- Track, manage, and report project progress, outcomes, and effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency, project structure, and partner outcomes
- Identify new opportunities and drive them forward autonomously
- Provide leadership with updates, insights, and recommendations based on partner and project performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in partnership or ecosystem management, ideally within crypto, fintech, or technology
- Strong track record managing high-impact strategic growth projects from concept through execution
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to track, manage, and optimise multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate ideas into executable projects
- Experience working cross-functionally with expansion, economics, marketing, or product teams
- Ability to work autonomously and operate effectively in a remote, global environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Preferred: experience working with blockchain foundations or Layer 1 / Layer 2 ecosystems
- Preferred: familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, or real-world blockchain use cases
- Preferred: experience operating in fast-growing or unstructured environments
