About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and deepen strategic relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned blockchain partners, aligning partner objectives with Tether’s strategic priorities
Design and execute growth projects with blockchain partners to drive adoption of Tether assets through real-world use cases
Develop scalable, sustainable projects that expand asset usage and circulation
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving regional expansion, economics, marketing, and other internal teams
Track, manage, and report project progress, outcomes, and effectiveness
Identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency, project structure, and partner outcomes
Operate autonomously to identify and advance new opportunities
Provide leadership with updates, insights, and recommendations based on partner and project performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in partnership or ecosystem management, ideally within crypto, fintech, or technology
Strong track record managing high-impact strategic growth projects from concept through execution
Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to track, manage, and optimise multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate ideas into executable projects
Experience working cross-functionally with expansion, economics, marketing, or product teams
Ability to work autonomously and operate effectively in a remote, global environment
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Experience with blockchain foundations or Layer 1 / Layer 2 ecosystems preferred
Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, or real-world blockchain use cases preferred
Experience in fast-growing or unstructured environments preferred
