About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the coordination of international events from initial concept and booth design to on-site execution
- Act as the primary liaison between global venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, overseeing travel and event logistics
- Support the Expansion Team with budget reconciliation, expense tracking, and detailed performance reporting
- Manage internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency across English and Spanish-speaking markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or Hospitality & Tourism Management
- 5+ years of proven success in global corporate events or the professional event industry
- Native or full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (bonus if you speak Italian)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- A solid grasp of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management
- A 'no task too big or small' mindset, comfortable with high-level strategy and ground-level execution
