About the role
- Develop and optimize operational controlling methods and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead own projects and contribute to various projects
- Prepare monthly reports and variance analyses
- Execute month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings and financial statements
- Support coordination and preparation of annual budgets and forecasts in close cooperation with the business units
- Represent the team in international cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree with a focus on controlling, finance or taxation
- At least five years of professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing/technology environment in controlling / finance and accounting
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Very good German and, ideally, good English language skills, both written and spoken
