  • Setup clear metrics, reporting and framework for data-driven decision making
  • Setup processes within the team and the company to get everything organized and moving smooth and fast
  • Pick and manage the right tools for the job and drive other teams to get their part in them
  • Manage small but quickly growing team of CSMs

Requirements

  • Experience increasing NRR
  • Experience as VP of Customer Success in a previous company
  • Experience building processes and metrics from scratch
  • Data-driven approach to improvement
  • Experience working with technical customers like Engineering or QA
  • All other things that VP of CS must do
