Rearchitect performance critical functionality to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure strong scalability and performance
Drive performance testing
Investigate performance related limitations to find both short and long term improvements and necessary changes
Implementation of future architectural enhancements of the platform
Development of the platform to meet the standards of performance and scalability expectations
Collaborating with Senior Architects to take ownership and drive key initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java enterprise environments
Strong experience in performance-related aspects (optimization, scalability, bottleneck analysis)
Very good understanding of SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
Experience building enterprise financial solutions
Experience with Agile and test-driven development
Experience working in a distributed global environment
