Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing, Media, or Business Strategy is a plus
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required; Spanish is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in digital commerce, with hands-on experience in marketplace operations or retail media
- Practical experience with 1P and 3P models on platforms such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, VTEX, Shopee and/or other relevant marketplaces
- Knowledge of sell-out levers such as pricing, assortment, content quality, availability, buy box, and review management
- Track record supporting commercial, operational, or media performance initiatives in digital environments
- Familiarity with social commerce and bricks-and-clicks strategies is a strong plus
