About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Your fieldwork efforts will include: Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs); Phase II ESAs; underground storage tank (UST) removals; soil excavation oversight; remedial and vapor mitigation systems installations; chemical amendment injections; operation, maintenance, and monitoring (OM&M) of remedial and vapor mitigation systems, aquifer testing, and sampling of various media.
- Your office work will include: reviewing, analyzing and reducing data collected during fieldwork; table, exhibit, and report preparation; sample packaging and shipping; and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related science field and a minimum 1 year related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5 years’ related experience.
- A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.
- Ability to travel for overnight fieldwork.
- Certification in field of expertise preferred.
