About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing projects from initial assessment through construction completion.
- Responsibilities include building condition evaluations, development of repair strategies, preparation of construction documents, consultant coordination, and construction phase services.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of building enclosure systems and a passion for extending the service life of existing buildings through thoughtful and practical design solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent degree (and experience) that can be applied to becoming a Registered Architect.
- RA license preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in roofing and building enclosure design.
- A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Registered Roof Observer (RRO), Register Roof Consultant (RRC), Registered Waterproofing Consultant (RWC), REWC (Registered Exterior Wall Consultant), RBEC (Registered Building Enclosure Consultant), or other industry-recognized certification per assigned duties.
